The short version of my lockdown experience: boy, this post aged well!

Slightly longer version: basically became a cat. Being human too much worry. Only naps good. Night is basically luxury nap. No food, only nap. I handled lockdown super well, y'all! I totally didn't disappear into a vortex of grief, anxiety, depression and other fun things to the point I lost track of anything going on beyond how many relatives I had in the hospital at any given time! TOTALLY NOT.

And that was my lockdown. Tell me about anything I've missed? Both in fandom and in your lives.

I have literally dreamt of going swimming multiple times and I yearn for it on a painful, physical level. Let me return to the water.

I spent the Most liminal Time of Year, aka thet Christmas-New Year week, pretty much hibernating. Part the transport strike + school holidays making it a hassle to go anywhere and part just being really tired. The dream that most stuck with me was the one where I dreamt of being cold. It was a weird liminally lucid experience, in that I was aware I was dreaming but unable to do anything about it.

I hope everyone had a good time and I am sorry if not. Here's to a better 2020 for all of us!


Tomorrow I'll go look at things I've missed and friending memes and whatnot, but for now, I have been very Silly and made a bunch of goals for 2020, then built an HTML/JS thingy to make it into a bingo. (Input: comma-separated list, Output: randomised bingo square of the closest inferior square size). EDIT: I got the bingo idea from luzula.
