I've returned to the inetrnet. My absence lasted longer than I thought it would because of family reasons. Fortunately, that seems to be clearing up now.

Over that period, I got my dad into Discworld, my brother into Game of Thrones and my mother into Leverage. I've also reconnected with old friends.

Not a bad summer, all in all.

You know what? My ankle was supposed to be fixed by now.  Except it's not. It's actually worse than ever and I have to go get an X-Ray and an echography because that's "unusual".

In other news, my friend who had left home is now back in school and back home, I feel like punching some of my classmates in the head especially two of them, exams are coming up, so are holidays,"Sherlock Holmes" looks like a good movie, a friend just bought a (genuine) Swedish army coat (now we match!), I have to beta another friend's poems and short stories, my mom is done watching re-runs of Friends and I love my Physics teacher's tie. Same old, same old.


What about you?

So I'm off to the south of France where I have no Internet.

Hopefully I can manage so sort of artistic production while there.

Also my Dad is back from Thailand.

Late because I wanted to include the family dinner in this.


Well, a grand total of 10 people wished me "happy birthday" on the day itself, including family.

I got a couple of mails and phone calls.

Family dinner was family dinner. Late uncle was late, corny family jokes were corny and excellent cake(s) was (were) excellent.
