How To Human?

I am being social pretty much 24/7 lately, especially during the week-ends and it's pretty draining. I'm also physically tired, because part of it is social time of the "let's go walk up a mountain for kicks" kind. My warwound* is not thanking me, but it's not trapping me in bed either, so win.
(This week was weird, because I ended up going through things that were unexpected emotional drains.)
But as a result on week-ends, I get back, bang out my daily wordcount and go straight to sleep. I don't draw, I don't read. Gdit. I need to get better at this. And go back to the Reading Wednesday meme. And the Meta Monday one. (And I still owe comments for the meme post and those will be coming shortly. Fanmixes might take a while, though, and I have a very... eclectic taste in music, so be warned.)
So I'm not doing a whole lot of things.
I have, however, been (re)watching Faith aka the Great Doctor, which is basically "Jin meets X-Men in medieval Korea" (1350s Goreyo, to be precise). I am vastly entertained. If I like how it ends, I think I'll request it for yuletide.
Speaking of yuletide, it's time for Being A Comics Fan In Yuletide season. That's going to be a lot of fun, like always /sarcasm
I'm not entirely sure what to request/offer for yuletide this year (besides Hannibal/Scipio, obviously). So many things I would love to request/offer! I think it'll depend on both the tagset and what happens with
trickortreatex for which I will sign up as soon as I write a letter.
(Personal policy: I don't sign-up for exchanges until I've written a letter for them. Saves my writer the hassle of empty optional details and/or placeholder letters.)
*From the Second Punic War.

Had been seriously considering trickortreatex but... What is time. What is energy. Can you eat it? Hope you have fun with it, though. :D

Date: 2015-09-15 01:57 pm (UTC)It is super interesting! It is my jam to a terrifying degree; I honestly didn't expect to love as much as I do.
Min wordcount 300words, which is tiny! And there's an option to offer art, as well.
