Thank you. Mostly I fix myself a bunch of goals (yearly, monthly, weekly and daily) for total wordcount and a bunch of goals on various projects for daily goals, because that means that even if I miss one I can still get another and so feel good about my output.

They're good goals, I feel. They're in brackets not because they're unimportant, but because they're not quantifiable.

I managed 500k (barely) last year ad 100 books is less than two a week, so it should be doable (and if I fail, well, at least I failed big, you know?).
