Eight months later

I'm going back to work tomorrow. Only part time for now. I am so immsely grateful to unions for socialised/universal healthcare. I don't feel ready but I feel readier than ever before and this is the least busy time of the year so hopefully. Hopefully. I feel so guilty having been out of work this whole time and not getting better sooner -- other people need these ressources more than I do.

I hope I can handle it. I haven't had a panic attackvat the thought of work in over a month! I dis nearly have a breakdown when the cat pooed in the kitchen an hour ago, so who knows.
