We have Fat Tuesday too! We just have two days for eating crêpes, because clearly we are superior. I didnot relaise the Shrove pancakes had specific garnishes, that's cool!
Oh man, I love crêpes! But shamefully, I do not know how to make them nor where to get them here.
We made crêpes once in 8th grade French class. The teacher's came out in perfect circles. All the students' (including mine) were amoeba-shaped, although still delicious. Of course, our teacher was a Frenchwoman of Korean descent (which, I guess, explained why she was teaching French in South Korea) who'd lived or grown up in Paris. :)
