I wanted to Do Stuff TM after work today, but I got about the lineart of one thing done and that was it. At least has some complicated (... for me. complicated for me, idk about good artists) perspective going on which I think I managed alright. Also since it is a view of the cothon of Carthage, every time I erased anything (often, oh so often) I had a giggle as I went "delendaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa"

But mostly I wanted to write up some post-S3 Good Place thoughts, but not only couldn't I phrase it good but I also couldn't type it good, because my shoulder is acting up again (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻ Idk if it's because I've been sleeping poorly lately or the lack of swimming or what, but I don't like it.

Speaking of sleeping, I woke up with a note saying on my phone saying "gods as ratkings of human consciousnesseses" and the urge to flip tables while going "IT'S THE DEVSHIRME". My dreams must have been interesting, but alas I do not remember them. (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻

Passive periphrastic is a fancypants English-language Latin grammar term for "when you use the passive participle thingy plus the copula to indicate something 'must' or 'needs' to happen." So "Carthago delenda est" is pretty much the most famous example of the passive periphrastic--"Carthage is to be destroyed" = "Carthage must be destroyed." It's like one of the few things I remember from Latin when I took it 15 years ago.
