Killjoys, make some noise!

So. Killjoys (not the TV show with Hannah John-Kamen, which I love btw) is a music + comics.

The music is My Chemical Romance's 2010 album Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, specifically the music videos for Na Na Na and Sing. (Embeds below the cut.)

Brightly coloured outlaws fight fascist corporation with undead underlings. ALSO IT'S SET IN 2019 and boy does part of the previous sentence sound a lot more relevant now than when the album came out.

The comic picks up about a decade later. Writing by Gerard Way and Shaun Simon, with art by Becky Cloonan. Which brings me to my point.

I need to practice (a) character design, (b) inking and (c) followthrough, so if you give me a Killjoy I'll draw them for you. It can be you or a character from a thing, whatever.

I just need a name, but pick a bright colour, too! Additional info is also good.

Here are some names from the combined canon, to give hou an idea what Killjoy names sond like: Dr. Death Defying, Fun Ghoul, Jet Star, Kobra Kid, Party Poison, Cherri Cola, Show Pony, Val Velocity and Phoenix Witch. I'm gonna be Manatee Bandit.

[EDIT: to clarify, I mean "tell me to design Killjoy versions of [folks]".]

Coppertop Battery, heavy on the pun. Maybe has a baseball bat with barbed wire or a stair rail with nails in it? Coppery oranges and stripey blacks.

I just keep coming back to look at this, and now I want to know so many things! Do they look like me on purpose, with the round cheeks and level brows? Who is the Saint of Knives, behind them? Why did they choose this spot; what does it mean to them? I feel like the Elephant's child.
