Tuesday evening I had a very disproportionate freakdown, which baffled me. Earlier today I had a crying meltdown [1] over things ongoing and upcoming at work and OH YEAH THAT'S WHY I'VE BEEN BARELY FUNCTIONAL LATELY. Damn, no wonder I've been feeling like I was drowning (and not in a good way). Why did I not realise this was why/how hard this was affecting me before? I'm an idiot, that's why.
