My life is very glamorous

My Chocobox assignment is great -- I saw the letter while browsing and it convinced me to offer the fandom. Quite excited to get started on it.

I was going to start this evening, but my next door neighbour locked herself out of her flat and I had to help. I let her borrow my phone (hers was inside -- she'd just been planning to throw away the trash), tried to open her door (it was just slammed, so there was some hope but alas) and let her wait for her brother's car (he had one of her spare keys and is also in Paris). She's back into her flat now.

I didn't get any writing done this evening, but I did do a good thing so that's okay. Also, she gave me chocolate so I win.

I'm still hemming and hawing over how I'm going to approach my assignment but I'm sure inspiration will strike. :)

That is nice of you! always good to cultivate good neighbours. Our next door neighbours fed and watered out cats while we were away for a few days which was very nice of them.

That was very nice of your neighbours! Did you give them a key or did they take the cats?

Gave them the key. Seemed like it would be easier for them. Plus one of my cats is especially high strung/anxious so this would have been better for her.
