Cornelia is Scipio's padawan

dhampyresaI mentionned the Hannibal/Scipio Star Wars fusion twice already. It's grown a helluva lot of plot (five words: Supreme Chancellor Padmé Amidala Naberrie), but I think I finally have the bare bones of an ending. Of course now I have to figure out how to get there.
And finish watching the Clone Wars cartoon.
Anyway, it took me until today to realise I could make Cornelia not just Aemilia's daughter, but also Scipio's padawan, even though it seems so obvious in retrospect. This realisation and the fact that I don't actually need to with every single plotline ever raised in Star Wars canon (plus figuring out how to deal with Order 66) ended up netting me what I have of my ending.
I realise vey few people are interested in Hannibal, Scipio and their peeps fannishly/the way I am, but I've been wanting to write an IN SPACE AU for ages and at least I might lure some readers looking for Star Wars longfic? Also, lightsabers, man. Lightsabers are awesome. (And there's apparently a planet named Scipio in Star Wars canon and now I can't not.)
It's going to take me a while to write this though, because it's grown so much plot I'm going to need spreadsheets (plural) to keep track of everything and everyone. I may need to colour-code stuff. I'm not sure I know what I'm doing (I'm trying something new with how I approach the outlining), but at least my plotting skills are getting an excellent work-out.
