Date: 2016-02-29 10:37 pm (UTC)All the lawyers I know that I've mentioned Suits to have cringed at the very premise. :p I often wonder if there were a TV show about sf/f writing, would I also cringe? But the lives of writers are probably too boring to inspire such treatment...

But I am not a lawyer and my country is civil law, not common law, so all this talk of precedents and what not is completely foreign to me. THEY CAN MESS UP AS MUCH AS THEY WANT I WOULD NEITHER KNOW NOR CARE. Not that this is the sort of series one watches for the plot, as far as I can tell.
