In defense of Team Don't Kill Wanda--and, well, bearing in mind that I haven't read House of M and also I am not a superhero--I can see how some people might not think "Let's tell our suicidally depressed friend that we're considering killing her and see whether she thinks it's a good idea" is an ideal plan.
