Heh, not sure if I should go from that, since TMA is in several ways quite different from my usual preferred tones/themes. (It's weird.) What would you say is the best starting point?
(One of the first intro posts I read about TMA included the line, paraphrased, "Jonathan Sims is both the name of the writer and the main character, but don't worry about mixing them up, they're very different people. One of them is a space pirate, and it's not the one you think.")
