Jan. 17th, 2021 10:16 pm1. Maurice Leblanc's works, including the Lupin series, are in the public domain, which means you can find them free online in such places as Wikisource (Français, English), Project Gutenberg (various languages) or Bouquineux (Français). I'm sure other places also have them!
I read the books in French as a kid so cannot speak for any specific translations. My favourite is L'aiguille creuse (The Hollow Needle) but I would reccomend starting with Arsène Lupin gentleman-cambrioleur (The Extraordinary Adventures of Arsene Lupin, Gentleman Burglar) for full effect -- it also includes Arsène Lupin's first meeting with
