Blood gift

I'm too out of it to remember what "don du sang" is in English. I'm sure you can figure out what I mean.

Anyway, I gave blood, which wouldn't be so bad -- I'm getting better at recovery and I got to eat candied fruit jelly -- if not for the fact my brain went "you know it's hard to beat giving blood as a weight loss strategy: what diet makes you lose a pound in 20mn?" and off I went on my usual food issues spiral. Didn't help that they weigh you at the blood gift office.

Also I am having a bad time with OH NO MY FACE MIGHT BE ON THE INTERNET. I very much do not want my face on the internet. Or, like, anywhere.

Also also my email has been hella weird? A bunch of emails that weren't there before just showed up and IDK ok.

At least I have, and I quote, "an excellent platelet count"?
