Rhymeless delights

Things currently delighting me, not in any order, nor necessarily for any specific rhyme or reason:

1. Putting on my gloves, closing my fists slowly as I do so and feeling like Doctor Doom.

2. Maybe getting to do D&D with all my brothers.

3. The fact that I could tag the fic I'm writing "the author is French and regrets nothing". I'm not going to. But I could.

4. Food.
4a. Cake.
4b. People.

5. Narrative dreams.
5a. The one with the zombie-fighting bone violins.

6. Art!
6a. Oils are so much fun! I'm not good at anything non-abstract at them, but the feel of them is so fun!
6b. Graphic tablets are so cheap these days.

7. I think I've figured out the source of the headaches I've been having near constantly for the past few weeks. \o/

8. Martial arts class.
8a. Advice from the class (applicability may vary): "Relax.", "Go with the flow.", "Strike from the hips.", "Put them off balance", "Drag them down to your level if you have to" and "Don't apologise. Stop being nice. Hit them while they're down."

9. The fact that The Shape Of Water is a real movie; let the lady fuck the fish!
