With that fic, I now have 5 fics of more than 500 words in Ancient History RPF. Given that I also have 5+ works of 500+ words in Marvel 616, that means I'm eligible for Remix Redux in two fandoms. Granted, they are small fandoms, but I've got two of them and I've never been eligible for remix before on account of writing in tiny fandoms and not having a lot of output and I've been wanting to participate in remix for years!

My only regret is how closely the deadlines overlap with the Night on Fic Mountain ones, but this year I have decided to live dangerously, so I think I'll be signing up.

First of May!

As is traditional, have some lily of the valley, flist! It's a French tradition to buy muguet/lily of the valley on May 1 and give it to someone else for luck/happiness (muguet porte-bonheur), so here you go!

I've been using stock photos for this the past couple years, but I've decided to stop that. Instead, I will (if possible) take a picture of the muguet and the view outside my window.

It's not as pretty, maybe, but's more real.
