What are you reading
Blood of Olympus, by Rick Riordan: BLOOD OF OLYMPUS! I don't have much more to say, because I'm only one chapter in, but BLOOD OF OLYMPUS.
The Mirror Empire, by Kameron Hurley: About 2/3 of the way in. I had Thoughts about the way gender is used in this book, but see above, re: tired and also possibly it would be a good idea to finish the book before, so have this quote on Taigan's relationship with gender instead (for context, ataisa is the Saiduan third gender):
The Art of War, by Sun Tzu: Because everyone needs to know how to lead armies to victory.
Darshan, by Jade Baudain: So apparently the dark elves monarchy alternates between kings and queens, unlike the (implied patriarchal) human societies. I'm beginning to suspect "the king" isn't who we're being led to believe he is (ie: Lliane's father).
La véritable histoire de Carthage et de Hannibal, by apparently nobody, because there's no author name on the spine or front and back covers: Because how could I not? I'm 10 pages in and I already want to draw little hearts in glitter around the descriptions of Hannibal's character. (Possibly, I have something of a soft spot for Hannibal.)

Crimson Angel. FOR SURE, this time. But then the Darkness Over Cannae book is shipping soon and I can't wait to read that either and aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah *flail*. So many books, so little time.
Someone remind me I've been wanting to talk about City Hall in these here posts for a couple of weeks now and keep forgetting.
