Swimming: Barely 1km. Started feeling ill 750m so stopped early (my goal had been 2.5km for a slow ease back into things). Took 32mn.

Session total: 1 000m. Past total: 36 750 / 585 689. Current total: 37 750 / 585 689.


I am feeling better, BUT I will be very busy all of next week for Reasons. So don't worry if I'm not around much.
