It's probably a tie between Jason Todd's Issues: The Fic (aka the one where Jason came back wrong from the Lazarus Pit remembering what being dead felt like) and the Padmé/Obi-Wan/Anakin post-Revenge of the Sith canon-divergent AU where they basically murder-suicide Palpatine.
(Of the ones I've posted Ogygia is the one that comes to mind, mostly because I made a deliberate effort to strip the darker tangents of Hannibal's thoughts -- I mean, he did kill himself to avoid capture by the Romans, according to history, so yeah.)
