I did! I was enjoying the romance and worldbuilding, when suddenly - political coup and biological warfare, whoa! I wish I felt less pessimistic about the ending (how could Eiður have gotten to Earth? and if he is not there Treize gave up contact with his brothers for nothing...) but positive thinking.
