me: not dead

I'm not dead, I'm just having a really bad time: work stress from several directions, a book I read kicked me in my body image/food issues and I got sick with a really bad cold. Oh yeah, and my best friend was in the hospital for the better part of a week. She's out now, but still recovering and I never want to say the words "I'm glad you were throwing up blood" and mean them because the alternative would have been worse ever again.

But hey, at least I'm doing better than Henry Kissinger, because I'm still alive and MOST IMPORTANTLY I'm not Henry Kissinger.
