Music is wonderful for transporting us when we're feeling awful, and it doesn't take any energy to enjoy it, which makes it even better.
I've lost track of how many times I've mentally redesigned and redecorated my flat when I'm stressed - although I wait til I'm calmer before I knock a wall down, just in case ;)
