On the whole, 2016 has not been great. Aside from a few things, 2016 has been horrible to me from the start (and earlier if one counts the Roomate From Hell).

But anyway, *hugs* to anyone who wants them.

I'll make the offer here, for anyone and everyone: Give me a prompt of some sort (even just a character!) and I'll do my best to write you a thing. Or art you a thing, if you prefer.

There were new stars in the sky.

Oh, Hanno had told his sailors there were not but there were. Right above the horizon there were stars he'd never seen before, stars unseen by any men of Carthage.

He'd dreamed of this ever since he'd been a child, growing up on the edge of dunes, and the men in blue had first mentioned new skies on the other side of the desert.

New stars, new sands.

There was something reassuring about the same sky and the silver disk of Tanith, high in the night in her majesty, above all the world.
