Honestly, dealing with anything Arturiana related on the internet/in Anglophone circles is pretty alienating.
Oh yeah, I do do that. On the whole it feels more natural to me than the other option. (Tbh, Two for Joy is actually in-story, no matter how meta it sounds -- it's a pretty meta fic.)

Writing this fic guarantees that you'll get a fic in exchange. Everything else is an extra. I write a lot of extra fics (treats) for yuletide -- because I really enjoy making people happy. This year I lucked out and got A LOT of treats, but that's not at all usual.)
(Yuletide works like pretty much every other exchange, tbh, except it's restricted to small fandoms. I run nightonficmountain around mid-year on the same idea, fyi.)
